We cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
We may be paid in one or more of the following ways: • Procuration fee — a fee paid by the lender or provider upon successful completion of a mortgage or product application. This is paid by the lender, not by you. • Adviser fee — in some circumstances, we may charge a direct fee for our advice. Where applicable, this will be agreed with you in writing before any chargeable work commences and disclosed in our Initial Disclosure Document.
We will always be transparent about how and how much we are paid before you proceed.
We are committed to managing any conflicts of interest fairly. We are not tied to any single lender or provider and offer mortgages from a comprehensive range of lenders, which means our recommendations are based solely on your needs and the available market.
Where a potential conflict of interest arises, we will disclose this to you promptly and explain how we intend to manage it.
